Abstract: Over the course of ZTE's more than 30-year development, ZTE Finance has successfully established a global financial shared service center to address the complex challenges posed by the company's globalization. This initiative has evolved into a "trinity" global financial management system that integrates strategic finance, business finance, and shared finance. Through a three-tier business-finance integration framework, the system flexibly adapts to the company's strategic evolution. Anchored by digital and intelligent finance, it fully supports the company's strategic execution and ensures stable corporate operations.
